Flamingo is an all-day café bar tucked just back from the beach in Boscombe, on Sea Road. It's the Boscombe Spa branch of the small Flamingo Café Bar group, which also runs a second site in Ashley Cross, Poole, both built around the same "unmistakable holiday feeling" the brand is going for, with vibrant, seaside-inspired décor.

The kitchen covers the full day, from breakfast and brunch (including the Flamingo Big English) through to lunch and dinner. Dishes span crowd-pleasing options like chicken schnitzel and shish kebabs, with desserts and an afternoon tea menu alongside. There's also a kids menu, and a two-course "Everyday Escape" set menu from £22 for those after a straightforward, good-value meal.
